With two LC/PC fiber connectors at the output (one connector should be for power monitor), one LC/PC connector at the input. It can be used as pre-amp, line, and booster amplifier. Temperature control is not required. See general datasheet and pinout info at the 1st pdf link below. No test data, manufacture test sheet at last two pdf links below are from other samples. To check what laser inside, we opened this EDFA modulaue, it includes a 976nm 330mW (kink-free power >360mW) pump laser, JDSU P/N: 29-7601-360-TLROHSS, ashown at last photo below.
