16.3dBm gain-flat over C-band EDFA in-line module. With 4 fiber connectors. Alcatel 1924 OFA. Alcatel product code: 3CN00290AAAA
 
Alcatel model: A 1924 VB OFA. With two FC/PC fiber connectors and two SC/PC fiber connectors. 
The manufacture test data at the last pdf link shows pump power current, voltage data, so we believe this module is not microcontroller/firmware based, you can drive this EDFA module in the same way as driving 14-pin laser diode module. Sample test data shows 16.3dBm output at 1531.5nm and 1560nm at -9.7dBm input power. We do not have exact pdf datasheet for this model. It is with 26-pin electrical interface, so we guess the pinout should be same as the 2nd pdf link below. It is your responsibility to debug the pinout (we do not have time to do it). 
According to similar-model pdf datasheet, the two red fibers should be for output signal and output tap, two blue fibers should be for input signal and input tap..
